Thoughts rn: This seems to be a mini case to develop the plot, but it seems like it has its fair share of obstacles. Here's my theory on how we can disprove his alibi: The culprit attended the same plane with the Mouri household, thus this is why he knew that Conan was going to be a part of the group, because he was next to them. To even stack evidence, Conan could prove that he was on that plane by using the fingerprints on those tennis balls.
